Sleep Under The Stars
ALAN S. KESSELHEIM - "A great many people, and more all the time, live their entire lives without ever once sleeping out under the stars." One cold October in 2021, my lovely wife motivated me to get out and go camping at a local lake. That single experience change my trajectory of what I want to do in retirement...get out and sleep under the stars. This picture from that camping trip. I remember the experience. It made me appreciate vastness and realize that I am but a small part of the universe. The next several years we took summer road trips to National Parks and slept under the stars. I've gotten away from that and need to revive those summer family vacations.
